Payment:
- Credit Card: Our platform accepts credit card payments through the secure payment provider Paddle.com. This provider accepts a wide range of bank cards from various countries, but bank fees may apply depending on the terms and conditions of the card issuer.
- Our platform does not charge any additional fees for credit card transactions. The only amount charged is the cost of the purchased items.
- During the checkout process, you will be redirected to the bank’s website through a secure SSL connection to complete the payment. Our platform uses external payment processors to process all orders, and no personal payment information is stored on our website or database.
- The email address you provide during checkout will be where we send your receipt with the download link. The receipt is sent out automatically by our system as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. If you have trouble receiving the email or it doesn’t arrive within an hour, please contact customer support for assistance. Don’t forget to check your spam mail section, as the email may have been marked as spam.
- You can download your products from your account on our website or from an email that we send you at any time.
- If you have a dial-up internet connection, please be aware that files larger than 8 MB may take longer to download. To speed up the process, we recommend using a free download manager.
PDF file format:
- All service manuals provided are in the format of Adobe Acrobat files. To view them, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, which can be downloaded for free from Adobe’s website. In cases where multiple manuals are included, they may be compressed into a zip file. These can be easily extracted using the unzip feature on your computer or device.

- e.g., @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, @gmail.com, @me.com, or @icloud.com typically receive their receipts with download links for manuals without any problems.
However, if you are using an email address from a different provider, you may experience problems receiving your receipts.
Please refrain from making a purchase if you intend to use an email address from a domain like @anothercompanyname.com, as such domains may have stricter email filtering policies that could potentially impede the delivery of your receipt with the download link for manuals.
