To install the firmware update for the new compressor, you will need the Software Update Module Kit (jig) and a computer with a USB port. Follow the step-by-step instructions below:

1. Please make sure to turn off the Compressor Software Update Module Kit (jig) before connecting it to the USB port on your computer.
2. Connect the Compressor Software Update Module Kit (jig) to an available USB port on your computer.
3. Turn on the power for the Compressor Software Update Module Kit (jig), and the display on the Module Kit should indicate “Mass Storage.”
4. Open the folder on the module kit (jig) to access all the current software files displayed.
5. Remove all existing files from the Compressor Software Update Module Kit (jig) to make way for the new firmware.
6. Locate and open the zip folder that contains the newest software files, which you downloaded earlier.
7. Select all the files from the downloaded zip folder and copy them. Then, paste these files onto the Compressor Software Update Module Kit (jig).
8. After copying the new files, power off the Compressor Software Update Module Kit (jig) and disconnect it from the computer.
9. Turn on the power for the Compressor Software Update Module Kit (jig) again. The screen should display a message indicating that new software is being loaded.
10. Press the black button on the compressor software update module kit (jig) once to initiate the firmware update process. The files will be officially loaded into the module kit, and the newest software version will be displayed upon completion.
